  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please email our customer support team at  support@salzo.in with your order number and the reason for return.
  • RMA Number: Our team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Return Process:

  • Packaging: Securely repackage the product in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the package with your RMA number.
  • Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please specify this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.
